Nicklas Bilde
CTO & Co-Founder
Design engineer with experience in product development and optimisation from working with medical devices at Novo Nordisk and construction equipment at Lolle&Nielsen Inventions. Nicklas is skilled in prototyping, design of experiments, robust design and user-oriented design through co-development.
Currently writing his masters thesis in MSc. Design & Innovation from the Technical University of Denmark.
Christoffer Bendtsen
CEO & Co-Founder
Design engineer with a passion for sustainable development and enabling access to renewable energy for all. Christoffer is skilled in product development, customer-driven business development and mechanical engineering and has consultancy experience from working at Attention Design.
Currently writing his masters thesis in MSc. Design & Innovation from the Technical University of Denmark.

James Haselip
Energy Advisor at UNEP-DTU
Researcher, consultant and project manager for public and private organisation, with experience in various aspects of sustainable energy technology and policy in developing countries. Since 2016, James has worked closely with UNHCR on the issue of energy access for displaced populations, co-chairing the data and evidence working group of the inter-agency 'Global Plan of Action' on SDG7 in displacement.

Partnerships Officer at UN
Humanitarian innovator and public-private partnership expert with both field and headquarters experience from complex multi-stakeholder initiatives related to economic development and access to Bottom-of-the-Pyramid products and services, including in refugee-contexts.
Samuel Mwiti

20 years practical experience in strategic communications, advocacy, stakeholder management as well as partnerships and resource mobilisation. In East Africa, Sammy’s experience includes development financing, having worked in a senior capacity with the region’s leading financial institution, the East African Development Bank (EADB).
Caroline Kötter

Experienced in research, policy advise, project management and business development in the field of sustainable development, with a focus on sustainable business and sustainable consumption. During her M.Sc. in Business and Development Studies, Caroline specialised in sustainable business strategies and entrepreneurship in developing countries.
Mikael Schrøder
Former CEO at MetroTherm
Experienced CEO and holder of several patents with in depth knowledge of mechanical construction and production. With 42 years at Metro Therm, Mikael has deep knowledge about design and manufacturing of containers and heating systems of any kind.
Jens Grønbæk
Former CEO at Advanced Tooling Solutions
With several years of experience in production engineering and tooling methods from his work in Danfoss, Strecon and Advanced Tooling Solutions, Jens is assisting ServedOnSalt in the conceptual design and prototype development.
Marie Louise Møllebæk Pollmann-Larsen
President & Co-Founder at InnoAid
Dedicated to solving development challenges, Marie has founded two organisations, InnoAid and DESIGN WITH PEOPLE, through which she has been helping NGOs and businesses in planning and undertaking participatory field research and design activities in low-income countries. Formerly part of the BoP Learning Lab team at DI International Business Development.
Poul Thorbjørn Sørensen
Laboratory Responsible at DTU Skylab
Laboratory technician helping students and start-ups at DTU Skylab to test and build prototypes. Poul are keen at helping early start-ups to progress with their technology and are assisting with work in both electronic prototyping, rapid prototyping and experiments in the laboratory.

Startup advisor for several succesful high-tech hardware startups. As the former Head of Procurement at Amminex, Jakob has hands-on experience with salt chemistry and can provide highly valuable guidance on anything from customer validation to salt hydration.

Also running new initiatives that support the economic, environmental and social IMPACT of technology.
